Digital Products & Cooling-Off Period

StayFit4Real provides digital fitness and diet programmes. Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases.

By purchasing and accessing our digital programmes, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase
• You waive your 14-day cooling-off right once access is granted

Once access has been provided, the product is considered delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Because our products are delivered digitally, refunds are not usually offered once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect charges due to a technical error
• Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased programme

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, or lack of use after access has been granted. Please ensure you review the programme details carefully before completing your purchase.
